I ordered Sumptuously Soft ankle socks and received Super Soft Crew Socks. The ones I ordered are plain knit and have invisible seams under the toe. The ones sent were rib knit and not comfy at all. I had tried in store to buy the ones I like but they all seem to be 'crew' socks. I was told by the assistant that they were shorter than ankle socks ....not true, they are the same length! Stop trying to be 'cool' M&S! You are losing lifetime loyal customers! If it wasn't for the fact I am desperate for black socks, they would have gone back for a refund.

Extremely hard wearing comfortable socks with no iritating seam rub. Lasted continuously all Winter (washed of course) still loads of wear left but after 7 months continuous they started to shrink so bought replacements ready for next Winter.
