Don't use them for periods but when on journeys on the train . Especially if I need to use the loo on train . I am disabled and my balance isn't good. You know the problems and what can happen after using the loo . Don't have to worry as they are absorben so you feel dry.

Really good as long as you're NOT ON YOUR PERIOD. As soon as any amount of blood that's more than spotting needs to be absorbed, you're in trouble. I sat down and all the blood - and it was not a lot - squeezed out onto my trousers. Will only use as a protective layer to avoiding leaking in future. Do NOT think this is the alternative you're looking for unless you have extremely light periods or you're looking for something to help with discharge.

I am post-menopausal so use these for ‘whoops’ moments rather than for periods. They are extremely well made, do the job I need them for and were great value. Would be lovely to have them in more colours. Well done M&S!

Uncomfortable to wear as the elastic is too tight around the leg. The actual pad is quite narrow and uncomfortable too. The material very thin, cheap, poor quality. Nothing feminine about them. I bought the period briefs when they first came out the ones with the lace they were very comfortably to wear. These new ones l have bought will go into the bin...
