Baggy socks

No, I don't recommend this
I bought these socks for yoga, not pilates. They seemed comfy but they're not tight enough and my feet move around inside them when the rubbery bits stick to the mat.

I already have these in size 6-8, but they are too big (I am a 6 in shoe size). The smaller size fits perfectly and I wear them around the house instead of slippers. I find the L and R instructions very helpful!

Not suitable for yoga

These socks kept slipping off my feet during yoga, just didn’t grip well enough, sadly not suitable compared to more expensive brands…

Good quality and the grips work a treat. That said, agree with previous reviews - large sizing, so would size down where possible.

Perfectly fit for purpose. I almost bought a well known S.B. range for way over the price!

Too short Pilates socks.

I should have bought socks that were higher on the ankle. These tend to slide off.

Socks Don't Stay on your Feet
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
No, I don't recommend this
Unfortunately these 'pilates' socks are no better than ordinary socks; they don't stay on your feet. On the upside they are a lot cheaper than other branded socks but nonetheless a waste of money.

On the large side

No, I don't recommend this
Bought these for the colder days when I do Pilates as I usually do my classes in bare feet. The grips are good but I found them rather wide fitting and on the large side. I ordered size 3-5 and wear a size 5 shoe but felt that there was too much material at the end of my feet.

Comfy socks but slip off
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
Like the look of these socks although more of a trainer size than the longer socks they appear to be on the picture. They‘re extremely comfortable, but unfortunately although they grip well they tend to slip off when doing downward dog. I shall continue to use them but I think a longer sock would be more suitable for me.

Good quality and great price for 2 pairs. Slightly large for my size 3 feet but may shrink a fraction to fit, happy with my purchase.

Good if you have big feet!
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
These have the potential to be great socks but as others have said they are very long. If you are size 5 or smaller even the small size will be too big. The width is great and the grip is good. If M&S can sort the length then these would be fab! Definitely size down.

Ideal for home or the gym

Excellent quality, I especially like the bobbles on the bottom. I use crutches to walk around the house, these mean I don’t have to always wear shoes. The material is nice and comfortable. They wash and dry well keeping their shape. I would recommend using them in the gym or at home .
