Great tights, lots of support with a big BUT, I am 5 2’ size 12 and these are medium .. look & feel lovely but they just are not long enough in leg & too long in body !! End up with crotch around your thighs . I am not a size large & the body length will not help with leg shortness . Size problem here!

Not up to the usual standard

After many years of buying this product unfortunately this time I found these tights to be short in the leg and long in the body. The gusset therefore is very low. I’m disappointed.

Unfortunately the manufacture process seems to have changed for these tights. In addition to only getting 2 pairs in a pack as opposed to 3 pairs, they are not as comfortable or as easy to wear. Disappointing

I work for the NHS, with our new uniforms I need the shiny tights or the material just sticks to my hips, plus firm support is a must. So these tights tick all the boxes, other than, I got the extra large (I’m 5’8”, size 14, and they are constantly falling down, I have put my fingers through 2 pairs trying to pull them up so they don’t leave that gap at the top of my thighs, the only way I can stop it is wearing shapewear over the top, which I don’t always want to do. 😢

Too tight
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
I bought the large size but couldn't get them on without assistance due to my hip problem, then found them too tight. So unfortunately I had to throw that pair away and give the untried pair to charity.

I’m size 12/14 and 5’8 and I bought size XL (even though the pack suggests I’m L). I spent 15 minutes trying to pull them up and on, I even wore gloves to protect the tights as I was pulling them so hard. They were twisted uncomfortable and the crotch / gusset of the tights were just above my knees, it was such an effort I was sweating at the end!

Size matters

The product itself is fine however the fit is terrible to the point that they pulled downwards as I wore them so in the end had to bin. I’ve given up buying tights from you because like a lot of your sizing you no longer meet my needs or have alternative.

Very easy to wear. Wish toe mesh could be stronger as easy to wear a hole in toe area whilst walking. Colour range Limited to 3 colours.

Great quality but very small fitting.

Tights are great quality, but the only thing they are very small fitting so I’d advise to go up a size. As someone who’s petite I ordered the small but kept having to pull them up which was very annoying.

Good all day.

Although I haven’t worn these yet. I have purchased them previously. They are a little harder to put on than other tights but feel great on and your legs look and feel good all day.

Needed for painful varicose veins. Although checked sizing they are too short, plus elastic around waist has stretched after one week.

These are my favourite tights for work. Like that they are the right length for a tall lady, have the reenforced heel, are strong enough to last whilst still looking sheer and don’t seem to snag to easily. But pls pls M&S make the firm support tights available in the Amber colour too! That is the only thing I would change - the colour of the other options in firm support are a little too pale in the summer, plus what about our ladies with a deeper skin tone, should they not get options too?

These good looking black tights definitely make my legs feel lighter. I’m skinny and the large size still could do with a but more length.

I have had numerous pairs of tights from M&S over the years- unfortunately these did not live up to my expectations. Really difficult to put on and a hole near the gusset.
