About this style
Our first bras are simple, supportive and specially designed for pre-teens. The full-coverage cups are padded for a smoothing finish, with a comfortable non-wired design and a touch of stretch. Nothing neutral about it – nude lingerie, now in even more colours, styles and sizes.
By the way, it's a good idea to be measured every 6 months or so as your body shape will keep changing. Don't worry, it's a free service and our expert fitters are super friendly. Alternatively, look for our bra fit guide online.

Really pleased to find these... I've always hated buying bras, as I find it hard to find ones that fit well (I'm a 36AA), but these are comfortable, and fit perfectly! Will definitely buy some more...

Great for smaller-busted women - not just first bra wearers! Fuss-free, feature-free and comfortable.

My teenage daughter likes comfort and has been wearing bralettes and crop tops as she can’t find any bras she likes. I bought her these thinking she wouldn’t like them but she promised to try them and loved them!

A bit basic and not massively flattering.

These bras are quite cheap in comparison to the non 'training/first bra' versions. I bought these specifically because the straps connect to a straight back, rather than having rounded scalloped connections between the straps and the back (which would have shown above the back of the dress I bought them for). The main difference other than that is that the 'first' bras are much more flimsy than their adult versions - even though adult breasts which are size 34A are presumably the same as more youthful 34A breasts? The cut on the fabric was not great and kind of flattened everything out rather than adding any kind of shape or support. I did not wear the bra with the dress as I had intended - as it did little to cover my nipples (which are quite pointy) and little to add shape or support to what I have. So I suppose cheaper = more flimsy = somehow more appropriate for a first bra? Left wondering what the point of wearing it would be, whether it is your first bra or not.

No, I don't recommend this
I bought this particular bra because I wanted minimal padding and non wired, although I am many years past ‘a first bra’! Possibly a bit too lightweight for my advanced years but it is comfortable
