No, I don't recommend this
My 12 year old daughter is 5.6 and of very slim build. We can never get school trousers that fit her due to her height in grey . I ordered her a 17 to 18 years in an extra long and they were the right length and thanks to the adjustable waist they were not falling off. Thanks M&S. Just hoping she doesn’t get any taller.

These are the first pair of proper trousers that fit round the waist and are long enough. The elastic ties inside are great and tighten enough so they don’t drop down. The length is great and love that they will grow by letting the hem down
