Collar too wide and not non-iron . Even when you hang out to dry straight from machine it’s creased

The best school shirts available

These shirts wash well and wear well. I give them a tickle with the iron to get a good finish (1 min per shirt) but busy weeks where ironing is not going to happen, I tumble dry for 10 mins and then hang to dry and they look fine I have bought them for 10+ years and the quality has not varied. My heart sinks when our size is out of stock! Sizing generally predictable and consistent. Wasted a lot of time this month returning other brands. Would recommend.

Sleeves were a little short and don’t get any longer with the bigger shirts. I ordered 4 sizes for comparison

Not Non Iron

These say non iron, but they don’t come close. I wash just the shirts on a shirt wash and they all have to be ironed. Nice shirts but definitely not non iron.

Nice shirt but short on arms and small on chest

I like the quality of these shirts, however the sizing comes up small on the sleeve length and bust. It would be great if M&S made uniform for girls with bigger but. I had to size up to age 16-17 for my slender 14 year with fuller bust to fit around the chest but then it was baggy around the waist.

Sizing is awful
Sizing all wrong, arms are half way up my daughter’s arms. She is 13 and age 17 won’t fit

I bought these for my daughter to replace her (brilliant) M&S school shirts that she has now outgrown and the difference in quality is incredible. I washed and dried all three packs of two according to the instructions and they are now so crinkly. They are also smaller than the ones she already had (which were a size smaller than these ones). Waste of money. M&S shirts used to be brilliant quality, but they have obviously changed their supplier.

Very poor quality shirts, not symmetrical in shape. Very disappointing. Have always bought school shirts from M &S but over the years the quality has reduced.

Very good product, fabric and style but in my opinion it’s smaller than the usual size.

I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased two packs of shirts from your store, and I regret to say that I am not satisfied with my purchase. The quality and fit of the shirts did not meet my expectations, and I find them uncomfortable to wear. And way to small a 17-18 didnt even fit my 13 yr old daughter and it was like a crop top on my 15 yr old and takes 2 weeks to deliver so disappointing I will never ever order of your company again I would like to request a return or exchange for these shirts. Please let me know the process for returning them and if there are any specific requirements I need to follow. I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. Thank you for your rubbish assistance.
