About this style
These slim-leg school trousers are smart and comfortable, with added stretch and a longer length. They fit narrow at the waist and hem. Crease-resistant fabric helps reduce wrinkles. Adjustable waist and hems allow room to grow. Unpick and press for an extra 3 cm. A weatherproof finish helps repel showers, while stain and ink resistance keeps them looking smart.
Sizes from two to six years have an elasticated waistband. Sizes from six to 10 years have an elastic back with a hook, bar and zip, while sizes from 10 years have a hook, bar and zip. The clever grow-proof hems can be unpicked and pressed for an extra 3cm of length when needed, helping trousers last longer as your child grows.

longer-length trousers + little bit extra length
It's tricky to find longer-length trousers that don't just get wider too. I've bought 17-18 (the biggest size) for my 14 yr old. They are too wide but not ridiculously so. I've already extended the length so hopefully they last the year. nice quality.

They are still too wide in waist on the required length, but at least not that much as many other modes. It is a tricky with a tall and slim boy.

Good quality material, soft for this boys that don’t like scratchy school trousers. Don’t ride up allowing movement or sag at the back when sitting. Look smart and really pleased with the comfort for a good price.

Great to see this in stock online. Seem to fit well - M&S one of few shops that cater for tall slim boys, most other suppliers have oversized bums to all their longer length trousers. Good quality and holds shape and creases well.
