Love the velcro at the top button for easy open and close

White shirts not so white
The shirts had a hint of blue when opened as if washed already with a dark colour.

Teenage school shirts
The shirts fit my son very well. I do found them to crease way more than the shirts I bought from Dunnes. :(

Very comfortable and very good quality shirts. My children love them and doesn’t make them sweat like the polyester shirts.

Not a durable as I thought they would be

After a few washes the quality of the shirts haven’t lived up the standard. The fit was good They feel rough when dried and when ironed even with steam iron they don’t look smooth I bought them beginning of September and it’s coming up to end of October for 2 months I thought they would have held their quality….they look like the shirts have been knocking about for a year …they were good cost but seem like the quality you would buy in the other supermarkets that sell uniform too. I wouldn’t recommend these shirts

Nice smooth cotton

Nice practical school shirts in a smooth cotton my grandson hates scratchy polycotton. Last Mark suspense have realised that every label they put in their clothes is also very scratchy so these have printed labels in the back. It’s a real shame they don’t apply this to a lot more of their clothing as I have lost count of how many garments I’ve put a tiny hole in trying to take the awful rough label out of the neck The only downside I wish they did these in a relaxed fit as well for the broader children like my grandson as the fit was a little bit snug

Fantastic 100% cotton school shirts. So difficult to find pure cotton and these are excellent quality. Very well made, consistent sizing. Come up beautifully white and crisp, looking like new after every wash. Yes you have to iron them but they look amazing once you do, and they are so much better than nasty poly-cotton blend. In fact I find I can get away with only ironing them every other time if my child wears a jumper on top. Cotton is comfortable and better for the environment than synthetic mixes. It's also lovely that there are no itchy labels anywhere. Thank you M&S please never stop making these.

Overall, very pleased with shirts. Wash well and stains do come out well from material. Reason for purchase was these are 100% cotton.

Fits fairly slim

Nice quality. The age 8-9 fit quite slim on my boys (nearly 8), so I would say more of a slim fit than normal fit.

Where to put the name label!
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
Standard boys shirts. The only issue I had was that there was no clothing label to put a child's name on. I actually use a name stamp from stamptastic so just stamped on the inside back of the shirt where the washing instructions are now printed. I know these shirts are supposed to be non iron but I have never found this to be true
