I love these tights, they keep my legs warm and toasty on chilly days. I wash them by hand and have never had a problem with them. Please can we have them in navy too?

Nearly perfect

Great quality. The only issue is the seam at the to over the tummy area, it’s quite thick and doesn’t sit flat so can be seen through som clothes

Well done M&S

Beautiful soft, luxurious feel to these tights. I’m 5.2 and I find the medium size is a comfortable fit. These are the tights I keep on buying each year.

These are nice and warm I wanted something also to be like compression stockings to help my circulation as I have arthritis and get cold feet and need to keep warm additionally around my lower back. I did find them a bit itchy and turned them inside out to wear it helps a bit but I find once I warm up they are less itchy. Good underneath leggings or jeans.

Beautiful quality, perfect sizing, I also love the texture and the rich black colour. They wash brilliantly and wear well and also have a knitted waistband , so don’t fall down. Great price for the quality. I couldn’t be happier with them

Given four stars because I bought my usual size but found them a bit tighter than other tights of the same size when putting them on.

What has happened to M&S in recent years? These are nothing like the wool tights I used to buy from them. Those used to be thicker and softer, whereas these are a little itchy and are wearing thin after only one wear. What’s more, I bought the xl size for a supposedly bigger waistband, as my previous ones cut across my tummy when sitting down, yet the waistband feels the same size as the smaller size. So now I have a pair of tights that are too long in the leg and still dig into my waist. If I were the dress size these were meant to be for they’d be far too restrictive. I’m a bit disappointed, especially as these are not exactly cheap. This is not the only clothing I’ve bought recently where I’ve seen a drop in quality, but not so much in price.

Could be longer.

Thermal needed for warmth but short in leg, so my toes got cold

When I tried them on, I found the material extremely itching …I can’t wear them at all. when I read the reviews, doesn’t seem like other people had a similar issue so maybe it is just me being a bit allergic to wool. The look of them is not the glamourise type like other tights. They look very transparent not like other 100 denier tights.

Unfortunately these tights have not been fit for purpose, they developed a hole at the toe area after a few hours of wear . This has never happened with other thick tights before.
