This jacket is worth the hype. I missed out a few times but so pleased I persisted. Warm, comfy and so cute. Love how the sleeves are ridiculously long. Lots of compliments. Brought in a size down and fits perfectly

Really lovely jacket, a little bit quirky with the contrasting fabric and I like that the bottom can be adjusted by drawstrings. Not hugely warm despite being wool but big enough to wear a woolly underneath. Just a couple of negatives: Sleeves aren't very long if you are a bit taller (I am 5'10); and it is pilling a bit at the waist band. Oversized fit - I am a 16/18, I bought the 16 and it is still quite large, size down if you want something a little neater.

I bought this jacket after seeing it on the Christmas advert. Oh my days, it’s one of the best things I’ve bought. It’s so warm on trend and has a fabulous hood. I’ve had so many comments about it. I love it so much I also purchased it in grey!

When this arrived I understood the hype. It’s truly a gorgeous jacket, beautiful colour and just I love the hood. The only negative which I hate having to say is that I’ve worn it twice, not for any great length of time, and the bottom area of the jacket has started bobbling all ready which I’m sad about considering the price. I would still completely recommend this item but just a foot note before purchasing.

Was so happy I was able to get this jacket as I know it sold out quickly. It's lovely and soft and love the padded hood. Very stylish and cosy. Would say it fits on the large size. I got a 12 (typically a 14 or a medium at M&S) but I do always find the jackets fit bigger).
