Convenient way to send gift - what a pity M&S do not think it is necessary to let you know the recipient has received it safely. That's why next time I will choose to use Amazon - who are a bit more customer focused .

The sending process was easy however the recipient didn't know who sent the gift card inspite of me filling in the senders details. I had to call them to ask if they received a gift card from us.
