I lovely gift card it was for my niece and it means that she’s got the value of the money to spend as and when she’d like to, which is very good. It was easier for me to send it to myself and then forward it to her when I received it, as when you do the Email address it doesn’t bring up any of your contacts when you start typing so that you could match it up. So my best thought was I would send it to myself and then forward it to my niece.

I had a really positive experience with my purchase. Í unfortunately sent tge gift card to the incorrect address. However the staff were excellent in sorting the error. Also I got a refund of the 500€ immediately. I couldn’t praise the staff at the click and collect desk enough.
