I have been a convert to the Pixi range for almost 2 years . I love this serum it feels like an instant facelift each morning. I am sixty years old and I love that my skin doesn't have to 'look' sixty, thanks to Pixi.

If you're new to serums this gentle formulation is a great place to start. By gentle I don't mean ineffective I noticed a difference in my skin texture within 24 hours. I put it on before bed and when I got up the next day my skin was noticeably brighter and smoother. I'm hoping that by the end of the bottle there will be some improvement in my pigmentation from years of sun damage.

No, I don't recommend this
I bought this having read the reviews but found it a little heavy and sticky to apply. With a serum I expected it to be silky and lightweight but I can feel the product sitting on my skin which I am not too keen on. Good to try these things, but unlikely to buy again.

After going for weeks without make up during lock down and enjoying extra long walks with my dog I began to notice that my skin was getting a little drier, redder and flawed. ( you would think going bare would do your skin a favour ) but no I started to look a little too rugged. After reading an article about the benefits of Vit C for your skin I started to look for a serum that did not cost the earth. I had read about this brand before but this was the first purchase. I have to say from the start my skin showed positive signs of improvement. Redness gone, texture smoother & brighter it even reduces the size of my pores. I have been using for 3 weeks now and I am very happy. I treated myself the glow tonic which I also love, it really does boost my daily routine. Don't be put off by the slight tingle with the tonic, its all in the ingredients. I love this too. My next stop will be to try the Pixi day and night cream :)

Oxidised quickly

I have been using a Vitamin C serum for a while now but changed to Pixi Vitamin C serum recently because my previous serum was very siliconey and stung my skin. The one good point of this serum is that it doesn't make my skin sting. However, it stains my fingernails orange even when I wash my hands immediately after use. I opened it less than a week ago and it is already oxidising to a dark yellow/orange colour. This makes me question its efficacy. It also leaves my skin feeling tight. I love other Pixi products but won't be repurchasing this one.

Such an amazing serum!! It smells amazing and is so lightweight on the skin! It has 20% vitamin c which really helps to reduce the redness and scarring in my skin. I like to incorporate as much vitamin c into my skincare routine as I can in the lead up to summer to make sure my skin is as glowy as possible for the upcoming summer season.

I love this product. I started using it and saw that my tone changed very quickly, faster than what I was expecting. The texture is very simple to mix or combine both with moisturizer and make up, and most importantly, it does not cause irritation in sensitive or acne-prone skin. Will definitely purchase again!

Orange skin

I bought this serum following reading a review by a blogger. However, I should have paid more attention to instructions on how to properly use and store it. Apparently, it's difficult to keep vitamin c stable and to stop it from oxidising in the bottle. A good vitamin c serum should be clear. I don't wear make up and was finding that when I was cleansing in the evening, my face cloth was getting covered in patches of orangey brown! I did a bit of research and it seems the serum had oxidised in the bottle which means that it had then lost most of it's skin benefits. The actual serum itself had turned to a rusty orange colour. I should have been more careful when opening and closing the bottle - which is a bit difficult considering the dropper is attached to the lid. I have over half a bottle left and it's now useless! Lesson learned.
