Vienna 4 Wheel Hard Shell Large Suitcase

The Vienna 4 wheel hard shell large suitcase we purchased from M & S is superb both in colour and quality. As we enjoyed a 20% discount on our purchase made it excellent value for money. Would thoroughly recommend this suitcase.

At first glance the cases looked good, but as I was packing mine for my holiday I noticed that the internal straps were glued into the corners 1 was already detached from case making it useless, also the middle zip up section is broken, I will be returning them when I get back.

Originally bought 2 years ago 2 of these. Just came back from holiday and one wheel missing. Did not realise 5 year guarantee but have not kept receipts. Purchased again as size ok but this time have kept guarantee tag. Also took wheels off the original one just in case needed in future

This is a nice suitcase extremely good value for the money but…….. it never crossed my mind to check that the suitcase had a lock on it. When we took delivery ( eventually ) of the second order. The first didn’t arrive. We checked it over and only then found there was no lock, the only security is a padlock to fasten the zip tags together, not supplied. I don’t think I would like to use this case on an international flight but we are on a cruise so not quite as concerning. It is our fault entirely we should have checked the description properly. I would make any friend aware of the security issue before recommending the suitcase to them.

Goods great, love the colour but until I use them - later this year - I’m not sure how robust they are

I needed a new large suitcase, wanted a hard bodied one with 4 wheels this time and took advantage of M&S money off on this one. It seems to be a good one, smooth movement, good colour (not black!) Only time will tell how it survives travelling but I’m reassured by the 5 year guarantee.

Bought four cases excellent. One wheel fell out and refunded asap. And purchased another one for our set. Great customer services.

I researched suitcases beforehand and I’m glad I chose the Vienna. I’ve just used the suitcase on a long haul flight to Australia with no visible damage. The wheels could be a little sturdier.

Good product but only just used. This the 2nd case (returned last one due to fault with internal zip). Hopefully this one OK but overall good product for price.

Holiday case on easy glide wheels. No frills just plenty of room.

A lovely suitcase. Light, lovely colour but, unlike my previous M&S suitcases, no integrated lock so you have to buy a padlock and attach to zip pulls. Rather an antiquated and impractical way of locking a suitcase. Very disappointing. I didn’t even think to check when ordering as I had assumed this was part of the specification, as it was with the set I bought a number off years ago. Otherwise a lovely case.

I bought the Vienna suitcase for my forthcoming holiday in May. It seems to be of good quality and I like the colour.
