Haven't used it yet but so far here's my thoughts. It feels lightweight yet sturdy. It's a good size. It moves well. I love the colour. It's stylish and hopefully will stand out on the conveyor for all the right reasons.

I purchased three suitcases, two large and one medium. When I received them the two large were faulty. They had broken handles. These were replaced. We are away for a few days and are using the large suitcase. The internal zip has broken after using only once. On my return they will be sent back for a refund. They are really made of inferior quality materials and not up to the M AND S standard. I am very disappointed.

We bought two of these. They are very roomy and zip section keeps clothes flat. Unfortunately on our first flight one was severely bashed in corner and whilst able to push out still has some minor dents and on the other one of the wheels is already loose

Great sized suitcase with separate compartments to help with easy packing. Sturdy and wheels are super smooth and quiet when moved around. Many people commented on how lovely the colour was. Bought for a holiday and stood the test of 3 destinations, looking as goid as the day i bought it upon return.

Although they have not been used yet, they appear to be great and have good zips/wheels on them. The price was very good, the others reviews are positive and they are very light yet appear strong which means, weight-wise, you can have more clothes with you.

Asking for a review too soon after purchase! Bought 3 cases and only used 1 of them so far. They look good. Loads of space, but only one compartment. Pull up handle feels a little flimsy, but did its job with 23kg inside. Noticed a mark on the outside of the case already.

I bought this case for my daughter based on its 4/5 star rating. I should have read the reviews more carefully. After several pages of good reviews there are many poor reviews. Sadly on my daughter’s 1st trip with the case one of the wheels was ripped off after she pulled the case over a kerb. The mounting of the wheel is very thin plastic & totally unsuitable for purpose. The are several reviews of this happening to others. The case will be returned to am& S for a full gerund.
