Good size, lightweight but not very robust as baggage handlers managed to smash off the top handle on its maiden voyage. M&S not helpful when trying to get a replacement handle. A very obscure size so stick with something like IT as they provide replacement parts

I purchased three suitcases, two large and one medium. When I received them the two large were faulty. They had broken handles. These were replaced. We are away for a few days and are using the large suitcase. The internal zip has broken after using only once. On my return they will be sent back for a refund. They are really made of inferior quality materials and not up to the M AND S standard. I am very disappointed.

We bought two of these. They are very roomy and zip section keeps clothes flat. Unfortunately on our first flight one was severely bashed in corner and whilst able to push out still has some minor dents and on the other one of the wheels is already loose
