These curtains exceeded all expectations. They look beautiful but the ultra thermal lining is so amazing. The length needed altering for my size windows and whilst altering them it was like being covered in a warm duvet. Would definately recommend 100% excellent product for the money.

Lovely thick curtains, nice and heavy and really warm. They would benefit from better quality tape along the top to manage the weight of the fabric. Really pleased with then overall and good value.

Bought two pairs, one for windows and the other for the French doors. They look really smart and really block out the cold draughts.Only complaint is the length of the French window curtains. I had to cut 56cm off the bottom but am going to make a Roman blind with the remainder. Excellent value for money. I’m really pleased with my purchase

bought a pair for my sitting room, a shorter pair than I usually have, not quite right but look lovely in a bedroom. very cold house and they appear to help

Firstly, these are not velvet as one can tell from photos. They are that faux suede/ velour fabric but are very well made and very good value especially for longer length (275cm) which is not easy to find ready made. I chose the Champagne color which is a little more(blah) beige than I thought but still an OK neutral. I couldn’t possibly get mine to look perfect like the photos due to the header tape and weight of the curtains but again it doesn’t look too bad. Other reviewers complained about creases but I don’t think they’re that bad. My purchase was more for sound absorption because to truly get the thermal effect they would need to be tight to the wall which is not really possible when hanging on a rod but they probably do have a slight benefit. At least it feels cozy when they’re drawn at night. I purchased these a week or so before they went on sale but called M&S and received a credit on each set which made them even more affordable.

Nice enough curtains. Very thermal. Almost like a duvet lining... creases not dropping out and they've been a nightmare to steam. Could do with being a 228cm standard width like other retailers??

The dark green velvet curtains are beautifully made with thick padded linings. Iam waiting for a new ceilint track to be put up then i can hang the curtains in the snug. Because they are velvet I may opt to but a drawing pole so not to handle the velvet once they are hung because of the heavy curtain quality.

Absolutely beautiful curtains that have transformed my room. They have been lined and have a luxurious padded feel without being bulky and heavy for my rail. They black out all light at night and look smart and stylish by day.
