Lovely style but quality not up to scratch

Bought this as a gift but only noticed later that the collar was not centred and width was not even at the back. Tried 2 branches to get a perfect item but the only two available were impecfect as well. One with irregular smocking and the other with a similar collar defect. Would have preferred to pay a few pounds more for better quality. Poor quality control.
