Disappointing

No, I don't recommend this
This cream has a nice gel-like consistency and is absorbed really well by my skin. However, since starting to use it, it’s really dried out my skin so sadly it’s not for me.

I read reviews and they seemed good as I have used Formula products for a number of years. Unfortunately this does not suit my skin and takes a while to absorb into the skin. I find it leaves a wet film over my skin and I need to dab it with a tissue.

I was worried that the Formula range was going to disappear so I am pleased with its replacement. Nice packaging and texture to the cream. Will continue to purchase.

The packaging looks very good on the new formula face cream. Apart from that I am not a fan of this new cream, it has given me a rash which is very uncomfortable. I can’t understand why you discontinued the Restore and Nourish range of face cream, I’ve used it for many years and it’s just been great. It was a lovely face cream and I miss it. Hope you will think of bringing it back. I understand you want to try new products, but do keep the tried and tested much loved ones. Our face cream is so important, so it’s a no from me.

Was taken aback by the new type of ‘cream’. It’s gel like. I want the original Formula day cream back which I used for years.

An assistant went out of her way to provide a sample when I told her of my sensitive skin. There was no need to worry, it is so light on my skin but gives a real moisture boost. My skin is looking good after a couple of weeks use. Definitely a keeper. Must try the night cream now

A good moisturiser for most days. I still have to return to my more expensive brand from time to time, as this one isn’t as rich. But it’s good for the price. Don’t like the smell it Smell too fruity.

Instead of original formula
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)
Bought this for my mum. Her favourite was the original, so she’s not impressed with this version. States it made her skin feel dry and not as good as her old one. It’s a shame formula have discontinued this as she really liked it. Sadly, she’s not a fan of this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an absolute dream team with the serum! Much like its sister product, its also incredibly delicate and light. Give huge hydration and a real moisture burst! My skin is feeling brighter, more plumped and all over more healthy!

Lovely light texture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a lovely day cream. It has a light texture that absorbs quickly into my skin and it doesn't leave any sticky or greasy feeling. My skin feels nicely hydrated and this sits well under spf and makeup. I like that the cream contains peptides as I've heard these can be great for anti ageing and I hope to see the results after more long term use of this cream.

I bought this as my regular moisuriser had run out and I am a fan of Formula, already using their neck cream daily. Was keen to try this new formula. Had already purchased the peptide serum and so it made sense to use this product to complement. As it says, it is very light in texture but does the job of moisurising very well. Very quickly absorbed and a good base/preparation for applying make up. My one slight disappointment (and it is slight) is that it does not contain SPF.

Love this little cream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive really enjoyed the m&s formula ultra peptide day cream. It’s lovely and light weight and the texture is smooth, its feel really nice on my skin and not greasy or heavy. It absorbs really nicely leaving my skin feeling instantly Smoother, softer and well moisturised for the rest of the day. I particularly like that it gives my skin a fresh and healthy look while still feeling light enough for everyday use. It sits well under make up which it’s a must for me too! Overall it’s a really amazing cream for everyday use and I will have to buy more as I’m running low now. It’s such a good value cream too!.

I've tried it and I like it but truly disappointed with M&S that you cannot recycle the lids. Boots No 7 all have recyclable lids. If Boots have been doing it for years theres no reason why M&S cannot esp on a new product.????

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5-star product from this line! The Formula Ultra Peptide Day Cream Light has a silky, lightweight texture that makes application effortless. It absorbs fast with zero sticky residue, leaving a beautifully smooth, natural finish. The hydration longevity is great throughout the day, and the peptide ingredients keep my skin feeling healthy.

Luxury moisturiser with a high street price tag!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t get enough of this peptide moisturiser. It smells like soothing aloe Vera and it hydrates my dry skin from morning till night, the cream itself feels really thick but once applied it’s extra lightweight and absorbs really quickly. This cream has worked wonders on my dry skin.

This is not for me & I ended up gave it to my daughter. It’s just not moisturising enough & I should have realised as is did say ‘light’ on the side.Hopefully they will bring out a richer cream. I really liked the old Fomula. Not sure why the discontinued it.
