Got this for my son to wear to a formal event, since he only had smart black trousers and a school shirt. The tie (we got it in pink) was perfect. He looked very stylish and grown up in it. Nice quality, looked classy without being over the top. I expect he'll be wearing it for every university and job interview for the next 20 years. :)

Failure to find a black tie in the wardrobe prompt ordering on-line then collecting from store. Not sure I'd have chosen it from a selection but my husband and son were happy with them.
