Hat was perfect except for the fact that it was just packed in a plastic bag which the delivery person tried to put through the letter box. I did manage to get the shape back but maybe M&S should consider packing it in a box!

This box has not been opened yet as it’s for my husband’s birthday. He previously bought the white one and wears all the time. His consultant advised him to get a hat so voila! This hat is really lovely. He says it’s very comfortable. It comes in a bob which helps keep its shape.

Just collected for my husband. (Click and collect). Great hat but appalled that it was packed flat. It is not described as ‘packable’ so why squash it. It looks battered so I’ll have to visit a store to buy an unsquashed one and return this one.

Bought for my husband, who is very pleased with it. It has a large size which fits/ is snugged well with his head. Broad brim as advertised to protect from strong sunlight. He would have loved it more if there is a string. But I think it looks good without.

Great price and colour. Well made and stylish. Im actually a woman buying a man’s hat but my head is very large and find it hard to get a good fit; this was perfect and didn’t look masculine at all. I bought the beige colour.

It looks very nice and feels comfortable. The frustration is that there is no tie underneath and no means to fix a string or something to hold the hat on in the sort of gusty weather that is now becoming more and more common in our climate. If I had realised this before I bought it, I would not have got it. Other hats from M&S have such a tie.
