Sadly, having purchased THREE pairs and trying each one my husband found them to be totally useless and have been advised during a phone call to return them to store. They were purchased due to husband suffering a quadruple shoulder fracture and found it impossible to do regular trousers up; sadly although regular size for him and fit they slide down after walking a few yards, the elastic is not tight enough and tie slides undone.

They look ok when I'm standing bur ride up higher than I imagined when I sit down. Too narrow at the bottom, great if you want to show off socks and a bit of leg (which I don't).
