Seam came apart within days

I was really happy at first, nice trousers for a good price. I bought them for work. On the third wear/day one of the seams started to come apart, creating a 2 inch hole. Easy fix on the seam but makes me question the quality. Hopefully just a glitch.

I’ve bought these trousers over the last 8 or 9 years, but this pair was a different texture entirely from what I expected- thinner, lighter, flimsier and not as durable as my past several purchases. I was very disappointed in them but couldn’t be bothered of all the hassle of returning them……!

My online purchase of these trousers followed an initial purchase of the same trousers in store. I was so pleased to find smart trousers the fit well, were of excellent quality and a very reasonable price that I decided to replace my tired collection of work trousers with these smart stretch trousers in a variety of colours. My order was available for collection on the day I requested and the collection staff member was very prompt and pleasant. These trouser were a different material from the usual ones I buy to wear for work. I was sceptical as I have worn the other ones for years. However these trousers are so comfortable and look great on. They keep their shape and do wash up lovely. I would recommend them and I have already ordered another pair to replace my older ones
