My grandson is autistic & does not like the swimming trunks with inner netting as he does not like the feel of them. These fit the bill & I have struggled to find his size as he grows older. Lovely quality & for my grandson they are the best as even the pull cord is on the outside, this makes a huge difference, as most are on the inside. Well done M&S 5***

These are huge - 10-11 was far too big for my slim 10 year old. All the children’s clothes I have bought in M&S recently have been so big in the waist they could fit 2 people in them. Disappointing to say the least as M&S used to be so reliable for sizing. Maybe they’ll fit when he’s 15…..

Honestly, I’m an adult woman who is fed up with tiny bikinis or conservative one-piece swimsuits. I wanted swimming shorts that cover my bum properly, get up high enough not to reveal anything +18, but are not ridiculously huge and won’t leave me with tan lines at very visible places. I couldn’t find anything in the women’s section, so as a petite woman, I thought “why not” and got a pair of these shorts. Best decision ever. It fits me really nicely, covers everything it needs to, and doesn’t look ridiculous either. I’m someone with size 8 hips but size 6 waist, and these fit me better than any shorts I’ve owned before. Maybe I could have even gone down a size, but these ones are definitely good. I can only recommend them! Nice thick material, stretchy and strong. Love it!

Ordered the navy blue in age 7 (for a slim 7 year old) but they came up huge, so had to size down to age 6. Still generous, but don't fall down! Great for school swimming.
