Suedette Tie Waist Midi A-Line Skirt

The material is very soft and looks like real suede. I'd checked the reviews and noticed most reported that the sizes seemed small, so ordered two sizes larger than normal. Unfortunately the skirt was too big so I had to return it.

Lovely feel to skirt and nice length for boots. Would def recommend going up a size though , I’m usually a 14 but purchased a 16 and so glad I did as 14 would definitely have been too tight across the hips. Good also that the belt is removable

Luxurious heavyweight top quality fabric that hangs really well. A lovely deep chocolate brown colour. Just the right length for colder winter days, fits just below the knee. I like the button through feature offset to the side and the removable tie belt is nice also, would look equally good with a tan buckle belt if preferred. It has a good shape and there is not too much material around the lower area even though it is A line. I am usually in between a size 8 and 10, so bearing in mind what other purchasers found with this item I ordered a 10 and it fitted perfectly. Overall I'm delighted with this skirt and would recommend.

Ordered two shirts in a 12 and 14 as took notice of other reviews. Size 12 was too small on the waist but fitted on the hips. Size 14 was okay on waist bu too big on the hips. Both will be returned.

Worn this twice now. very comfortable. Fabric really good weight, very suede-like. I bought the long option, as I like mid-calf length. Amazing value for such a good quality, stylish skirt. Love it!

ordered an 8 and 10 unfortunately 10 out of stock but the fit extremely small I don't think that the 10 would have fit me the majority of my clothes are 8

I read previous reviews about this and another skirt and they both had some earlier reviews that said the skirts were very small. I normally take a 12 or 14 in M&S skirts, jeans etc and I ordered this and the other skirt in a 16. Way too small! I do not possess ANY clothing in a size 16, so there is definitely something wrong with this sizing. I’m tempted to order a size 18 as this and the other skirt are lovely skirts, but how ridiculous is that! All I can think is that these skirts have been made to two different specifications and probably by different factories and depending on which batch you get, they either fit or they’re way too small. Very annoying.

Love midi skirts and this skirt looked ok from the front and I liked the side buttons. Unfortunately from the back it looked a bit baggy and shapeless. As it was quite a snug fit on the waist I could not downsize so returned it. Perhaps on someone a different shape it would look good.

Sorry waistband too tight - do not want to start moving buttons as it never seems to help as garment goes out of line. Returned.

Quite small,had to have next size up and still cosy. Material is nice will wash well. Would like the buttons more in the centre.

I read the reviews and thought about getting a size bigger but decided to risk getting my normal size . I am 5’4’’ and size 12. I bought the long version and it was about 30 inches long. It is perfect. The waist is snug as others have said but not uncomfortably so and if you do not like it you can always move the button a smidge. Highly recommended. I am looking forward to wearing it , probably with long boots.

Because other reviews said it was a neat fit, and I am between sizes, I bought the larger size. Too loose. And it does not hang like an A-line skirt. It is floppy.
