The Suade and soles are very comfortable, however, where the buckle attaches to the backstrap is is weak fabric and elastic. Having been casually wearing them on and off for the past two weeks, sadly both back straps have fallen apart as the weak fabric and elastic has broken. Quite disappointed as everything else from M&S is always such good quality. I was really enjoying this footwear until it broke today.

Great shoe at first look but the strap broke on the right shoe after a few wears. M&S sent a replacement pair but then the same thing happened again within 2 weeks with the new pair (this time on the left side). Spoke to customer service by phone and despite sending another photograph they can’t issue a refund unless I attend the store in person- Don’t buy, definitely not worth the hassle!

The colour is beautiful, however the square shape is not to confortable and is very hard maybe still because I didn’t use much, but it should be more confy that’s the propose of this shoes

Great value for price—Comfortable, smart, versatile, and love the black metalware. My only problem was the pair I ordered arrived with a scuff, and I didn't have time to swap them. I absolutely wouldn't bother with designer brands after buying these!
