Was a bit worried after reading other reviews that this duvet would be too heavy but it is perfect for our variable summers. I have combined it with M&S's summer duvet covers and it is working out great. Will be buying another for our spare room!

I bought this as we needed a much thinner duvet for the summer. It has been exactly what we wanted until the very recent extremely hot weather...even a 1 Tog duvet would have been too much to cope with - under these extraordinary conditions we are sleeping on top of the duvet! Under NORMAL British spring/summer weather conditions, this duvet is fine!

This is nothing like the nice 1 tog comfortably cool duvet I used all summer. I hoped it would be an autumn/spring version for cooler weather but it is unbearably hot and sweaty. Like other reviewers I think it is much too hot and thick to be a 3 tog duvet. Very disappointed because you can't return for hygiene reasons.
