I have bought two of these pairs of shoes. The first pair developed a hole in the leather behind the heel just above the sole after just a couple of months. I thought it was a one off as I have been wearing these types of shoes for years (from other shoe shops) with no such issues. However, the second pair I bought of these had the exact same issue. Not what I would expect from M&S and the price they charge.
