The shoes are very good quality and a lovely dark brown colour. Like previous reviews I’ve had to return a pair for a half size larger which really wasn’t a problem with M&S excellent system. I would certainly recommend the shoes!

I have never worn such an uncomfortable pair of shoes in my life. I have worn these shoes on only three occasions and it It is like knives are cutting through my ankles. I have contacted M&S for a full refund. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide feedback and I sincerely hope others will read and act upon this comment.

Liked the look of the shoes but there was defects on both looks like a manufacturing fault had seen on the last pair in the shop so ordered online only to get a worse pair had to do as I had run out of time to replace before a wedding.
