I'd describe them more as slim fit - bought to match the slim fit jacket. Only thing I mark them down for is not having an adjustable waist band. Overall though excellent at the price.

The trousers look skinny without being uncomfortable. It would fit better on the waist with an adjustable, elastic band on the inside. Nice navy blue colour for school.

The only problem I had with these trousers was that I have to have the legs shortened BUT the hems appeared to have something like a glue, that made the alterations very difficult. I placed order on line and they were available to collect from a local Food Hall the following day. The trousers seem to be good quality and are a nice fit. With the product description on line it should say about this glue.

Bought these as the slim fit version were nothing like slim fit so were returned, fitted nicely around the waist, but in the leg were more baggy than slim. These are nice but wouldn't say they're skinny fit, more of a slim fit which is what I originally wanted! I'm a 32 waist and don't have particularly skinny or fat legs, all other slim trousers I have are slim, skinny are skinny so not sure M&S have their styles correct with these.
