I have had a few items from this range. One set was bought as a present and initially I loved it so bought another set. The first bra....the straps frayed so I threw it out. The knickers came away at the crotch. ( I did inform M & S so that they were aware of the quality) My next bra... the same thing has happened and the straps frayed. I was going to throw this one out but eventually decided to take it back to the store. I did not have any satisfaction as the staff said it was wear and tear. I wanted M & S to be aware of the quality for future purchases. I am very disillusioned with the standard of the goods. (I got a jumper for christmas and the stitching has come away on the neck...M & S need to up their game!!)

These are my second lot of these thongs as they don’t last very long but they are so comfortable to wear. I have not cut the tags out this time. One pair did have the little metal tag missing but I can take off my old ones if it bothers me.
