Ive bought one in all 3 sizes. Their first outing was a return transatlantic flight, with connecting flights, where I never saw the luggage until arrivals at both ends and they all survived unscathed. Highly impressed!

I bought this suitcase to use on a month-long trip to New Zealand where the various airlines I am using have different rules about weight and dimensions for cases. It's very lightweight and easy to manoeuvre, although I haven't tried using it yet. The only downside has been getting hold of the suitcase. It wasn't available in store and I wasn't allowed to use click and collect. I therefore had to wait for it to be delivered to my home, which took a while and details weren't available until shortly before the delivery day.

Perfect size case for carrying 25kg for a long haul holiday. Very pleased with the colour and quality of this product. Easy to pull along with it's 4 wheels and two strong handles for when you need to lift the case.

Seems sturdy but light in weight. Like internal pockets and a different colour to spot on an airport carousel! Yet to be used so can’t comment. It’s replacing a suitcase I’ve had from Marks many years ago, hence new purchase in confidence of performance . Only gripe it doesn’t have a combination lock

We found this suitcase quite robust, we took it on and off the train, in and out of taxis, walked to the car hire place, filled it with clothes for two people for a week in Scotland, very pleased with the quality, the colour is a great colour (khaki green), we bought the large size.

I purchased this to replace an identical one that was purchased November 2023, which zip broken after 2 holidays/uses . On the plus side, these suitcases are super light weight, roomy , quality material and come with a 10 Year guarantee, so this is why I have given it 5 stars. What’s not to like? .

Case is good and as described on the website. The M&S experience not so much. I paid for named day delivery. This was missed by 2 days. While M&S refunded the named day fee, it took a phone call and some time on hold
