Nice plates, I love the style! However, the online images are a little misleading. The contrast rim is handpainted and not even on all 8 I bought. Also, the website description doesn't state the extra benefits - that they are dishwasher and microwaves safe as is printed on the bottom of the plate. Overall good quality, stylish and sturdy
