I love the design; however, the quality could be improved. The mugs have an uneven surface with some dents and marks from the production process.

These are gorgeous mugs that are giving my kitchen crockery a long overdue update! They’re a lovely size and feel nice to hold. They’re a little smaller than the mugs that I’ve got already, but they still hold a good size portion of coffee or a cup of tea. The surface dappling is quite subtle and doesn’t feel strange when hugging onto the mug. I also bought the dinner service too, which is also working well. Would highly recommend!

Love them but tbh drinks do not seem to stay hot for very long in them. Just means I have to drink faster. Brill for cappucinnos.

Love these cups that match my artisan dinner service. Smart enough for presenting to visitors without being a great big mug. They’re somewhere between a cup and mug. Frustrating that the artisan range keeps going out of stock. Would be nice if M&S kept their ranges going for longer so that replacements can be ordered when you get inevitable breakage.

Just what we were looking for. So stylish! Please never let these go out of stock M&S just in case we ever need replacements (even though we purchased a spare set to store away already)

I bought these to add to my Artisan crockery purchased last year. Much smaller than last year’s mugs. See photo. More like a cup. I like them and find them very useful as they are lighter. Great for coffee from our machine.

Nice cups but small

These cups are described as 'mugs' but are too small to be really used as mugs.
