After unrolling your cushion, give it a plump and allow it time to settle. This helps the filling to distribute evenly and supports the cushion in regaining its intended shape. To maintain bounce and comfort, we recommend regularly plumping your cushion to prolong the life of the product. Machine Washable. Reshape while damp.

These feather cushions smelt like the inside of the hen hut!!! Very strong, even after leaving them to air for two days. M&S purchase department should take issue with the supplier, the feathers obviously haven't been cleaned thoroughly.

The cushions pads are very good value. The only problem I have is that they are rolled up in a cardboard strip which meant that they were misshapen when undone. Although some of them did become flat, others stayed lumpy from being rolled.

The cushion was tightly rolled up and secured with card; this caused a permanent ridge in the cushion which could be very unsightly. Fortunately because our chosen cover was quite thick patterned velvet it wasn’t an issue. It would be impossible to repack the cushion if you needed to return it, so bare this in mind. Despite these faults it is comfy and does hold its shape well.
