Initially, I was wary of the "Turkish delight" smell. This didn't linger. The mist is fine and refreshing. I've used it on bare skin and over make-up, both with good results. Its subtle, maybe too subtle for some, but for me it gave a bit of a glow without a forced shiny, sparkly look.
