perfect and cruelty free

I have combination skin and also very sensitive. This is perfect and I can use it on my eyelids which are ultra sensitive. I try to buy all cruelty free tings and M and S sell a lot of beauty products that are. Currently I have about 10 Ren products on the go!

I use this as a toner, not harsh , and to get last bits of make up off after cleansing . No stinging or tightness!

I tried this 3 in 1 cleanser a few months ago and found it very good - it’s paraben and sulphate free and has a lovely mild smell and leaves my face feeling really clean and fresh! It’s at the higher end of the price range but having recently tried a cheaper cleanser I’ve decided this one is definitely worth the money. I usually try to buy it when M&S have a 20% discount offer.

Does not remove make up

No, I don't recommend this
I only use mascara and bought this product to remove the mascara from my eyelashes. All it does is smudge it all over the eye area. I wonder if I can return it as at this price it's terrible quality. It is false advertising in my opinion as it says 'make up remover' and 'suitable for delicate eye area' on the bottle. The bottle is quite big but what good is it if the product is completely useless to me...

Such a disappointment

I bought this thinking that it would be a step up and more natural and better for skin than standard micellar waters. I was wrong. I kept using it because I hate waste and I had spent so much on this small bottle. As others have said it was rubbish at taking off makeup and far less effective than the cheapest option of micellar waters from the chemist. It also was very harsh on my dry and moderately sensitive skin. I thought using it would feel like a treat but actually it smells strongly like babywipes, made a chore out of removing makeup, was useless on eye makeup and too harsh to put near my eyes, and made my face feel scoured and dry after using.

Unfortunately this product made my face hot and red. Shouldn’t have bought anything with Toner in. REN was recommended on a cruise ship as Wonderful products so I had to try it. Was surprised it was in M&S

My favourite cleansing water

I have been using this product for about 3 months now. My skin is very temperamental - combination and a bit sensitive to products - but this product leaves my skin fresh, clean and ready to apply my face cram. No allergic reaction and no downsides. My favourite cleansing water so far :)

I've been using this for a few months now every evening before bed to help remove make-up. My skin feels much cleaner as a result. I would definitely recommend.

My favourite toner

I use this as a toner after a fairly heavy cleanser that really helps my skin but needs to be thoroughly removed. I've found it's brilliant, definitely perfect if you're looking for a 'double cleansing'/toner to use in your skincare regime.

Light refreshing cleanser.

This cleansing water is great for a quick swipe over the face after gym if I am in a hurry. Its refreshing and doesn't leave any sticky residue. However, it has no power as a makeup remover. Not a product to use if you are only doing a single cleanse. Might work nicely as a post cleanse toner.

Light, non greasy cleanser

Really like this cleanse especially as it was free with another purchase. I agree with some other comments that it's a great cleanser when you have no make up on, as it's light and. On greasy. If you are trying to remove make up and cleanse at the same time I would say it is too light for this. Take your make up off with something else and then use this.

Good for light make up or when travelling

As someone has previously noted, I would not use this as a lone cleanser. It doesn't cleanse deep enough or my combination skin but it's a great travel cleanser.

I only got this because it was a free gift. I'm not a big fan of rose flavoured things but this isn't too overpowering. It's good at taking make up off.

Efficient cleansing water with a lovely but not overpowering rose petal scent. I use it on a morning to freshen before applying serum and moisturiser but would not use this product alone to remove makeup.. Compared to premium brands sold elsewhere, the price compares well.
