I normally buy my husband large but the medium in this sweatshirt is perfect with a bit of room I have bought five different colours and they are practical and also wash perfectly if instructions are followed no ironing required a really good product

I like the oversize fit a lot, just such a shame to see the fabric quality diminishing even in M&S. Everything is Acrylic, Polyester, Nylon... Even this "Cotton Rich" sweatshirt is only 80%, which is the best I could find. I'm sick of seeing labels that say "with wool" or "cotton rich" to only find they make up a small percent. What's the point... Fast fashion, that will bobble and pill after a few washes. I wanted to rely on M&S for fully wool, cotton and other natural fiber materials; for longevity. Instead, as with everyone, they have sacrificed the quality and maintained/upped the prices.

I had hoped that the sweatshirt would be warm enough for winter weather. It is actually best worn as a layer. However, I am sure it will be suitable to wear in other seasons. The quality is good.

Bought as present for my son in Medium size after reading reviews. Worried that I should have got Large size but needn't have worried as Medium was just perfect . He was delighted with his gift and really loved the colour. I chose the blue shade.

Marks and Spencers sweatshirts, in my experience, always shrink when washed. Meaning that although you can still wear them they are not as nice as when they are new. Bought this style thinking that if it did shrink when washed it would be still smart and comfortable to wear. Have not washed it yet.

Great quality sweatshirt, lovely rich dark red colour. Nice and roomy. L was a square shape, not long and slim shape like it looks on the models! The L fitted my fella who is usually an XL.

Strange fit - I went for XL to fit my husband who has the “typical “potbelly of a 70 year-old! This sweatshirt was fine at the belly level, but was very big across the chest and shoulders.
