My mother is bedbound and we wanted something bright and cheerful as well as good quality. That’s exactly what we got. My mother loves the feel of this duvet and pillowcase. The only negative is the ties on the closures.

Love this bedding BUT after fining it a gentle wash to take any factory dust out, one corner at the top end of the cover was unstitched and uneven. Could not return really as I had laundered it. Quality control at the manufacturers not on top of things. It would have been a 5 but for the missing stitching.

Ordered the grey set as I wanted a colour match to blinds and carpets. I also wanted a Japanese type theme, which this style provides. The material is soft and comfortable. It does crease and is a chore to iron as it takes extra ironing to get a good finish. I love the ties , they look great but they are a pain to iron too.

Lovely soft cotton duvet cover set. Looks great and feels great. Really like the grey colours with flowers and the striped design on the inside with the pretty ties instead of buttons. This is the second duvet set I've bought from M&S in the past six months and both were showcased on the beds in store. Good marketing ploy!
