Josette Pencil Pleat Blackout Curtains

Although the pattern was attractive, unfortunately, I wasn’t impressed with the material.

The background to the dove grey curtains has a hessian look which is difficult to see in the photos. They were also quite thin so, although they were blackout curtains, they didn’t look very good quality.

These curtains are great. The colour is a warm grey, with a subtle white pattern. They are a heavy weight, so hang really nicely. They are ultra effective for blackout. I love that they are mostly cotton. They are much nicer than the Dunelm curtains that they are replacing, which were a bit flimsy and synthetic in the end.

Good quality, well-made, exactly what I was looking for.

I couldn’t be more pleased with these curtains if I had sourced the fabric and had them specially made. They look lovely and are exactly what I wanted.

These are good quality curtains but unfortunately Marks and Spencer's supplied the wrong size so I had to return them for a refund.

I ordered these curtains at about 7p.m. and by midday the next day they were up at the window looking fabulous. In a traditional Laura Ashley design and made from a heavy and high quality fabric, they drape beautifully and look sensational. I thought it a minor tragedy when Laura Ashley failed but to combine their designs and Marks and Spencer's logistics is truly a marriage made in heaven. I could have ordered them from Next but I knew that I could return them for free to an M and S store with no quibble, a feature really worth having.

Wrong size sent 3 times -gave up- so unable to give a rating

Very nice curtains, well made and packaged. Lovely colour and pattern. Good value. Unfortunately you were let down by your chosen delivery company who dumped the package outside my front door and couldn’t be bothered to ring the door bell. They informed me by email that they had delivered and it was some time before I retrieved the package. Luckily it had not been stolen.

Absolutely stunning curtains. Just completed my room now. Nice and warm curtains.
