I purchased 3 pairs of curtains. One pair was 168 x 137 and two pairs were 218 x 137. I was very pleased to be able to order the two larger pairs as they had been out of stock and I had been notified by M&S that they were available again. I hung the smaller pair of curtains first and I was pleased with the quality of them and they looked very nice. When I got the two larger pairs out of the packaging I immediately noticed how creased they were. It appeared that very little care had been taken when folding them and putting them inside the packaging. Once I had hung the curtains I was taken aback by how badly creased both the curtains and linings were. They actually looked like an old pair of curtains that needed to be replaced. The curtains were not technically "faulty" and so I didn't think I could return them so, after much searching, I finally found a telephone number to ring (The chat bot on the website was no help whatsoever). Customer services were very helpful but could not arrange for both pairs of the creased curtains to be replaced so I had a choice of returning all three pairs of curtains (and having no curtains at my windows until I sourced a replacement) or a small discount. I went for the latter and will have to take the curtains down and iron them. This is definitely a quality control issue; the two pairs of larger curtains had been folded badly and shoved into the packaging and were certainly not of a standard that I expect from Marks and Spencer. It is a great shame as they are very nice curtains

I’m really pleased with these curtains. They’re great at blocking out the light and have been especially useful for helping me sleep during the day after working night shifts. They make the room much darker and create a much better environment for getting some proper sleep. I’d definitely recommend them, especially for anyone who works nights.
