These carrot leg trousers are a very heavy material. Being a lighter colour I had hoped they’d be more lightweight. They’re also not what I’d call long length. When one is tall ankle grazers make it appear you’ve grown out of your clothes. Alright for shorties. I had to go for size 14 not usual 12 to get that bit of extra length. Good thing is they have pockets.

M&S sizing is always a bit hit and miss. I thought the same in a different colour and the waist is looser and the leg length slightly shorter! Nonetheless they’re decent quality, comfortable casual trousers. Reasonably thick cotton. Quite a light black though. I sized down as elastic on waist creates quite a loose fit.

i am taking them back as just don’t suit me, i am a apple shape. i so wanted them as really well made excellent material. these trousers in a straight style not wide not narrow just straight would suit all us apple shapes please m&s

Lovely trousers which are not too wide and baggy. I bought a 6 extra short and they are ankle length on me (I’m 4’10). The only thing I would say is I wish they had belt loops as I gave a feeling I will be pulling these up a lot but I intend to wear a top tucked in so this might help

Love the blue just not sure about the shape. 18 just too small, 20 a bit too baggy but could use a belt. They are wider than I'm used to but look OK with top over. Will probably keep them! Good price for the quality.

Love these trousers, great alternative to jeans. They are a good fit, although i think they fit slightly large. I had to size down. Lovely and soft material and a great alternative if barrel leg trousers/jeans dont suit you. I have the carrot leg jeans.
