I chose these towels to complement my new bathroom and initially was delighted with the look. However after the first wash I noticed lots of snagging. I am a retired lady who lives alone so the towels have not been subject any harsh usage. I have bought many towels from M&S and have never noticed this before. Considering taking them back!
