I use the shampoo and conditioner of Pure Abundance but have only just started with this style prep, felt that during the warmer and more humid months my hair needed an extra helping hand to look thick and shiny, I have fine grey hair cut to a short bob, this spray has helped achieve the result I want,is not overpowering with fragrance but has a fragrance Aveda users will recognise. Just such a small bottle for the price!!

It's OK and smells nice, but does not give the thickness and bounce I was expecting from a high end product. I have cheaper products that work better.
