This works perfectly for my mature hair which now lacks body and density. It really gives body and manageability and doesn't leave hair lank and over-conditioned. My hair has become more brittle with age and really lacking in body but most conditioners I've tried either over or under condition. Everyone's hair is different but this works perfectly for me. It's expensive but worth it - better value than all the conditioners sitting at the back of the cupboard unused after 1 or 2 tries
