Great product

Great product, but sadly not for me. The shaping and sizing was not quite right so I returned . Would recommend to any one considering a purchase to try though.

Excellent Post Surgery

These are excellent post surgery. Far better than the temp NHS ones as they don’t lose their shape.

Natural looking breast form

Happy to find a naturally shaped post surgery breast form, as the one supplied by the hospital was far from realistic.

Perfect for use post-surgery
Perfect to use post- surgery. Not so easy to figure out which way it goes and nipple is unnecessary in my opinion.

Not what I wanted as it’s not right size if you buy the large it’s to big

Light but difficult to get correct size
Originally posted on marksandspencer.com (UK)

Nice and light . Sizing difficult . I am an A cup the small size fits M&S masectomy bra but lacking in volume . I ordered medium . Better size but doesn’t fit in the cup of the masectomy bra . I might cut it to fit . Sizing needs to be in cup sizes and the shape of the NHS silicone prosthetic in the lighter material .

Sizing and weight

S,M,L & XL sizing is rediculous. It took 3 goes to get the right size , it’s the last thing you want to stress about post-op. My poor husband was back and forth click and collect like a yo-yo. The product itself is ok, it’s comfortable but the biggest issue is that it’s too light. I’m DD cup and eventually settled on the L size , there is no way to achieve any sort of symmetry because the thing is too light. I couldn’t be bothered to send it back because I didn’t have the heart to send my husband out on yet another errand.

Game changer for me post double mastectomy

Having recently had a double mastectomy in my early 40s this is a gamechanger for me. Great shape, weight and fitting. I've even shown friends and medical staff who work in breast cancer care and they've all been really impressed about the quality and availability for the price (better than some that others have paid hundreds for). The breast cancer nurse I showed has now bought some to show her current and future patients. I use in a "normal" bra without the need for inserts or specialist/ expensive lingerie so it gives me more choice in what I can buy. Might not be suitable for everyone depending on your expectations/ needs etc but, for me, they are great. Highly recommend.

Mastectomy wear at great prices

Marks and Spencer are THE ONLY HIGH STREET STORE that cater for those of us that have had the misfortune to experience breast cancer and have a bi lateral mastectomy. My country let me down as I was on the list of 'no' for reconstruction on the NHS. We are all told we will be given great treatment if faced with such a life changing illness.....this is not true, its a post code lottery to how you are treated. You can buy very expensive prosthetic breasts from specialist site on line, and bra's but they are very expensive. Mark's breast forms are a great shape and look quite natural and are very affordable ( I have 7 pairs). The bras are comfortable and they give a confidence that the breast forms will not move around or fall out. Also you pay no tax on them making them cheeper than a normal bra. I personally would like to thank Marks and Spencer for being the only high street store that make women like me feel normal. We are supposed to be in an all inclusive society....again a falsehood but Marks and Spencer for me are doung their best to .

Very prominent “nipples”

Comfy and light but the “nipples” are very prominent and show through all clothes making very self conscious. They would be better much smaller or not there at all.

Great lighter weight/more comfortable option

I found this to be a good, lightweight option rather than the usual silicone prosthetics. It fitted really well into a bralette/crop top style bra (which is what I normally wear) and provided a good match to my remaining side; however, I found it didn't fit so well into a specific mastectomy bra and made me look a bit uneven in size. As I purchased it to go into the bralette style, it works great for me

Worth it with correct bra.

Bought this after surgery, it sits well but sometimes rides up without a post surgery bra.

Good quality, with the above observation.

Wonderfully light compared with the original silicone insert. However I would recommend some thickness to add a bit of weight, as the insert due to its lightness, does not sit at the same level as the natural breast. It is noticeable.

Really good for the price

It’s very light and moves about a bit but so much more comfortable than the NHS ones. I would prefer it without the nipple and I’m never sure which is the right way up!!

I ordered the medium one as I’m at 36C and it’s massive. I can hardly get it in my bra. So I ordered the small one and it’s better. They are very light compared to the plastic real life ones that you get from the hospital so sometimes you can look lob sided. They could do with being a little heavier. Would be fine if you’re wearing a jumper

Quite hard sponge. I just couldn’t get it to fit comfortably. I’d buy silicone instead.

Amazing. Having recently had a left mastectomy, adapting to a prosthesis and how my clothes look and hang has been a mixed process. I popped this little beauty in my vest top today and I was stunned how good it looked and felt. Very impressed and feel like me again.

The product is well made soft and comfortable and it fits marks and spencer post surgery bras. I have washed it and it washes well. Size is difficult to judge. I ended up ordering the next size up.

Nice and light, very slightly bigger than the softie given to me by the hospital but fits OK into the size 12 swimsuit I've just bought from another store. I hope it will stay put when swimming and dry quickly - that's what I want it for but haven’t tried it yet!
