Wobbly Wheels & Handle

I bought this suitcase for a long weekend in London. The wheels wobbled when going straight even on London Waterloo floor surface. When the handle is extended, the handle doesn't feel strong and also wobbles. The grip is not comfortable. Inside the suitcase, the inner compartment, the zip is about an inch from the outer case, so you have to have careful packing. The inner pockets, you can only put flat thin things in as there is not enough give. If I could return this suitcase after use, I would.

Really very pleased; sturdy quality and full of great design. We've knocked off one Star as the final flat inner pocket has lost it's zip-pull so will be unusable, but won't bother returning as we're generally very pleased.

Great little cabin case. Fits Ryanair cabin case requirements. Good light weight but also seems sturdy. Have used to travel once and had been great so far. Absolutely love it and for the price, was perfect compared with competitors.

Haven’t use it yet but I’ve reach the stage where lugging a backpack around an airport isn’t practical or particularly smart. In fact I might try to fly with hand luggage only on a long haul flight. I love a challenge.

Having had a medium size M and S 4-wheeled hard suitcase, I decided to replace my infuriating soft 2 wheel cabin one and delighted how well designed this is and easy to manoevre. Also I chose silver to look good with the black elephant tape initial "T" we stick on to pick out easily from other travellers' luggage.

I initially found the handle difficult to extend, but after a few attempts at check in and pulling through departures at Heathrow, it began to extend easily. The case was perfect for the over head locker on Virgin Atlantic. I packed it tightly with gifts for family in the US and my shoes for a family wedding. Very pleased with the case, especially as I purchased it with 30% off
