Stylish black frame, great quality and value. Just what I wanted. Mine came very well packed in a box and in mint condition. I plan to buy more.

It's glass! which many of this size aren't - well made and nice looking with the slim metal frame.

These frames are expensive but they were perfect to frame some degree certificates. Well packaged and look great on the wall.

This product is badly made and so I could not recommend it - I had to return most of the ones I bought

Ordered 2 one broken, took back to shop reordered, broken again. The packaging was very inadequate and no indication there was a fragile item in parcel. 3rd time lucky. Shame because these are very sleek frames, love them M&S customer service was excellent on phone and shop I would recommend purely for the style.

Have bought 3 Milan photo frames and only one has not been damaged on receipt. The frames are just thrown in the box for delivery which is bad for both customer and M/S reputation. This needs to be addressed.

I bought two of these online. When they arrived the glass had been chipped in transit on one of the frames. However, I returned both of them as the mitre on one corner, of both of the frames, did not meet. They were not cheap frames, but the quality was not good. The packaging was not good either, which is probably why the glass had been chipped.
