Gift card, delivered on time as a Christmas present

Not much to say - you get the credit you pay for and it’s easy to use 👍🏼

Super gift and super handy email delivery would suit anyone as M&S have such a wide range

A great gift that I always appreciate receiving. It is also a great get out of jail card when you don’t have time, inspiration etc.

It was an great present for family outside of ireland

I experienced two of my gift cards not "scanning properly" after a delightful run around a store I visit once or twice a year because it's not affordable but they have some nice things and after I sought support with the two cards; it emerged they did work on the day but I was left feeling bereft and my Christmas spirit dampened considerably. It later emerged that one can only use a maximum of ten cards when at the check out but where does it state that on the website. A gift card is marketed as a positive but only if you are aware of it's limited use. So I am not sure how much exactly one can pay at a check out with a gift card as many people will gift these to young married couples who are setting up home only to experience the same distress I did that day .. Unlimited gift cards at a check out would improve my desire to shop with confidence as I do with other leading supermarket competitors but unfortunately it's not unlimited gift card use at a check out with M&S though at least they allow you five more cards than one of its supermarket competitors.. So ask yourself, is it better to save a few bob aside for a shopping spree and give the debit card a good work out or feel embarrassed and as bereft as I did (none of which I know is not M&S intention) or shop with confidence without a gift card .. Nice to have and be gifted one but be mindful there are limits as to how many that can be used. M&S need to be more transparent with this information and especially around special occasions when gift cards are bought: Weddings, Valentine's Day, Birthday, Easter, Wedding Anniversary and Christmas for these are the very times people want to run around this store and shop to their heart's content .. We must become walking calculator to the value on our gift cards to a maximum use of ten and then be prepared to whip out that debit card. All in all my experience both with M&S and one its other was not a good one, it actually spoilt my Christmas as I lost my joy after that checkout experience and the growing irritation of a queue huffing and blowing like old fashioned trains that I felt like saying "I am not a pauper you know, I can actually afford this, I have gift cards .. not my fault if they're not scanning properly" .. M&S .. do better and improve the lasagna as that is very bland. Italian cuisine relay on good quality cheeses and the unmistakable flavour of fresh basil and oregano and a bit more mince beef, I thought the meat was a bit watery .. change the ", Chef" because €11 is a lot to pay for a lasagna .. You asked for a review and here you are ...

First class and well designed - perfect for a last minute gift

Allows choice and brings happiness to recipient. Nice choice of cards to send alongside gift.

So difficult to send family Christmas gifts from abroad, so e vouchers from M & S allows them to splurge on amazing food at Christmas without feeling guilty.

I ordered ecard for a friend for Christmas as I did not have time to get to the shop . It was delivered to him in a couple of hours
