I had it in my mind that these were beige so was surprised at goldy, sparkliness. They are a lovely sandal and almost weightless; you hardly know you’re wearing them. I ordered my usual size and they fit perfectly even though I sometimes need a wide fit in other styles. They were really comfortable walking around the house - haven’t been out in them yet but the signs are good. They’d be suitable for day or evening wear with shorts/trousers/jeans or a dress.
